Last weekend I raced in Bozemen MT. at the second SuperTour of the season. We raced a classic sprint on Saturday. Classic sprints usually are not my favourite, but I was feeling good and raced alright. I was thrown into a really competetive quarter-final and didn't advance to the semis. I was the third Canadian.
Sprint Final Results:
On Sunday I felt quite good again. It was a mass start and I got myself well placed in around 4th for the first 1km and a bit. But unluckiness struck again when another racer stepped on my pole and broke it. I had to swap a few poles before Timo was able to get me one my size. I managed to finish 3rd Canadian again.
15km Results:
Tomorrow I race in Rossland at the NorAm opener. It's been warm and raining all week so the snow is getting thin. Condiditons are looking variable for the whole weekend so I hope everything runs smoothly.
